“When we booked we weren't sure what to expect since we had never been there before . It was close to where we were visiting and took a chance. It was a pleasant surprise on how perfect it was for our stay . The staff were multitaskers and couldn't be more friendly or professional. All I can say is if we come back we will stay here without thinking about it . I highly recommend it.”

“Hotel is conveniently located to everything. Everything was clean and in working order. Staff was helpful and very kind. Breakfast was delicious with variety. The hot tub was delightful! Beds were comfortable and room spacious. For the first time in a while I have ZERO complaints!”

“Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple...

“My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there”

“Fine, except no clock in room, no bathroom exhaust fan (or it didn’t work), very low water pressure.”

“The entire second floor is being renovated but the desk clerk sent us there anyway. The room smelled of mildew, the curtain wouldn't draw and the A/C wouldn't work. We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK. ”

“There were cockroaches in the room. Was told to contact Expedia for a refund, when I did, the front desk at the motel denied for the refund twice! Do not stay here if you do not want to sleep with roaches!”
