Hospitality, food quality, service were the Best we have experienced across globe. Shanmugam’s knowledge of the forest, animals, birds is another level. Vishnu was a wonderful safari host who showed a great deal of the foresf and the animals. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. They deserve a 12 out of 10 rating”

“We loved this property. The staff are friendly and helpful although English is limited. Chef Riyas came to chat with us, offered to make us whatever we wished, and even made a birthday cake for my wife. Food was excellent. The massage therapists, Juni and Raji proved to be extraordinary practitioners - don’t leave here without having a massage. We also had the privilege of walking with the naturalist Soji on an early morning bird watching walk through the forest alongside the wildlife...

“Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst.”

“Stayed for 2 nights during a 2 week business trip to India. This newly built hotel is STUNNING. The private grounds feel personal, spacious & luxurious. 3 of us stayed and had a Signature lodge each. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Food at the hotel is delicious.The hotel organised Safari for us (Jeep & Boat) which were both incredible. ”

“Det här hotellet är väldigt fint! Det var nystartat för några månader sen. Enormt stort, fräscht och lyxigt rum med balkong med utsikt över sjön ( vi bodde i economy dubbelrum). Vacker pool. I det stora receptionsutrymmet fanns bland annat möjlighet att spela biljard och bordtennis. Restaurant för hela dagen finns. Personalen var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam och hjälpte till med bokning av safari och körning till vårt nästa mål. Visst problem för oss som inte kan det lokala språket. Vår...
