“Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,...

“This place is PERFECT. The views are amazing. The beach is spectacular. 24/7 Security is excellent getting into the building area and also on the beach side. In the tourist zone of Cancun we felt safe at all times. Unit is very clean and cute. Comfy beds and sofas! So glad we went. We are planning on returning next year.
