“Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place.”

“lo avevamo scelto per la vicinanza al parque carara dove avremmo dovuto avvistare anche gli splendidi ara rossi. Il parco ci ha un po' delusi, così non è stato per l'hotel, immerso in un bosco. La mattina alle 6 ci siamo svegliati col richiamo di 5, 6 ara rossi e blu che hanno fatto spettacolo davanti alle noste finestre. Colazione e cena in chiave cucina locale.”

“AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. ”

“If you’re planning to escape the city’s chaos, this is the perfect place to do it. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birdsong and the gentle cascading of a waterfall is an incredible experience. The staff, including Eric and Carla, are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The only inconvenience is that it’s located far from everything and everyone. Monteverde è un posto con temperatura piutoosto bassa e frequenti nuvole; e.da consigliare a chi ama la natura, non a chi cerca sole e spiagge.”
