“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Upon entering the hotel we were greeted very warmly by staff who told us about the hotels restaurant. She even recommended to us one of her favorite dishes. Walking into the room we noticed that it was very spacious and clean. The room itself had a very at home feeling with dim lights that some may find peaceful. The bathroom was clean except for the tub which had yellow staining. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good despite not so high reviews. The hotel has free and easy parking...

“The room was drafty around the heating unit. Additionally, this hotel, like most newly built hotels, uses an automatic thermostat for the heat and cool. When the thermostat is set and it gets a little too warm in the room, and you turn it down a couple degrees the AC kicks on rather than just allowing the ambient temp drop. When the outside temp is 18 degrees having the AC running is not a pleasant experience. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and its clean.”
