“The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. ”

“This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. “We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! ”

“The Mountain view rooms could use updating to the level of the Lake view rooms. The rooms themselves are dated and lack the resort feel on the Lake view rooms. But over all, this is a beautiful spot to be. Night time just look purely romantic along with Sky Ranch being right next door, makes it even better. ”
