“This property is fantastic. I could imagine myself living in it and it felt perfectly at home. It is fully remodeled and updated, comfortable bedding and furniture, good water pressure, two bathrooms, and a convenient location. My only regret is that I would have liked staying in it longer! It is one of the best if not the best apartment I have rented abroad.”

“Rula (onsite) met us on arrival & was available when/if needed. She keeps the property (clean every 3 days), pool, garden & surrounding areas immaculate. Towels, robes & pool towels all provided. Large terrace for shade, relaxing & eating on. Screens on all doors/windows & we loved the outdoor shower. Lovely loungers & chairs for sun bathing. Short walk down via lane to amazing beach & sea so clean - perfect for our pre breakfast dip. Then if walk by side roads you can get to finikounda or go...

“Our stay in this property is rated as excellent. The house is located in a small village with an excellent view of the Messinian gulf. It is about 15 minutes away from the town of Petalidi which has a nice beach and many good tavernas, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is very clean, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and large enough to accommodate a couple or a family. It has a beautiful veranda overlooking the valley below, and the beautiful city of kalamata. Great communication...

Fida and Chris were the most thoughtful of hosts, so friendly and full of suggestions for great places to visit and always ready to help with anything. The house is excellently well equipped - everything we thought of, even things we thought we were unlikely to find, was somewhere in the house. We were very comfortable and relaxed the whole time.
