“Every thing was as expected ”

“Refrigerator not working. In-room safe not working. I wanted to stay in the city center, thinking I could easily walk to some nice restaurants. The area is dying, with many stores and restaurants closed. I ended up ordering a salad at the hotel and ate in my room. I'd stay on the outskirts if I ever pass that way again. ”

“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”

“Staff was difficult with whom to communicate. Plumbing needs work. Breakfast was not breakfast. Lobby wasn’t open at time indicated. Beds were comfortable but no blankets. Door bolt wouldn’t work. ”

“Breakfast was great, rooms were nice, the only downfall was the pool was closed and we were notified ahead of checking in which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They are doing maintenance to remove the hot tub”

“No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

“Clean, spacious room. Appreciated the covered, attached garage, felt safe. ”

“Breakfast had good options.”

“Breakfast was not until 7:00, so we were unable to take advantage. Refrigerator was medium size, which was nice to keep drinks in. Room was clean. Staff was very courteous!! Enjoyable stay.”

“No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

“This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place...

“Posto ideale per una notte in transito.Hotel pulito e gradevole,colazione abbondante,unico inconveniente le camere con due letti troppo piccole.”

“Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this...
