“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“방은 살짝 좁은느낌이지만 2인이 묵기에는 문제 없을정도입니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 직원들의 친절함이 여느 5성호텔보다 더합니다ㅋㅋ가방만 보면 들어주고, 체크아웃할때는 물까지 챙겨주는 세심함에 감동했습니다. 서호와의 거리가 약간 있는데 걸어서 15분이면 가는 거리라 위치도 매우 좋습니다”

“Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.”

“Most beatiful hotel - even though most rooms are obstructed by tall trees (government requirement) to have views of West Lake, the 360 degree views are available at roof floor - a must in the evening when the whole Lake and distant city become enchanted. ”

L’entrée de l’hôtel est sur la rue piétonne impériale, ce quartier historique est très beau, le métro est à 300m sortie D. Bon petit déjeuner buffet avec plats chinois , croissants pain, beurre et confiture pour ceux qui mangent pas chinois, il y a aussi des fruits frais, le café est bon. Je recommande cet hôtel.”
