“It was extremely hot in the room, despite air conditioning being on. We asked for a fan which staff said they would bring to our room but never did! Bed was horrible!!”

“So the man that checked us in was just dismissive, told him my name, he didn't say a word, just handed me our door keys and that was it. I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. “Everything was fine except the people staying next to me in room 125. Drama Queen. She screamed and yelled at someone. Stood in the Hallway and screamed and cried. Plus she slammed her hotel room door real hard. All this at 1 am in the morning. ”

First hotel I ever stayed at that had a door to the bedroom The pillows were extremely comfortable I would like to purchase them for myself Their breakfast area was excellent. Lots of seating and a great variety of offerings especially for children. The only thing missing was a waffle maker I had gone down there before my wife by a few minutes. “AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate. Very terrible experience! ”

“Front desk took my drivers license and my credit card took his cell phone out took forever to give back they had to check to see if our room was ready and we got there 2 hours past check in time when we went in the had sprayed a floral spray so strong we were half sick and were coughing, then the. Bathroom floor was so sticky and shoe marks all over it and the shower floor was gritty ”

“Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. ”

“The bathroom in the room was flooded. The place is a stay for transitional people and smelled of smoke and the sweet/sour smell of drug use. It should not be listed as an option for travellers ”
