“Bathroom was not clean. Despite the many no smoking signs the hallway smelled strongly of smoke.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.”

“I don't know how this is rated well. My deadbolt was hanging off the door, and I had big, thick hairs in my sink. I stayed there for five hours, and that was five hours too long. I should have walked across the street to any other hotel.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“Friendly staff”

“One of the worst experiences of my life. The photos they show are fake AI generated. I stayed for half the week, and the sheets were stained (yellowish), there were cockroaches and flies, cigarette butts all over the hallways, and a smell of cigarettes and dampness; there was no TV or microwave, and the water was cut off for a day. The office wouldn't respond, nor did they try to find solutions in short, I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Invest in your staying even if you’re going to pay a little...
