“B&B meraviglioso immerso nel verde della campagna inglese nelle vicinanze di Stoke on Trent e poco distante dalla M6. Camera ottima nella depandance, con bagno privato e piccola cucina a disposizione. Colazione inglese molto ricca. “We had a comfortable stay at Upper House and slept well. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we also had dinner during our visit, the food was lovely and a real highlight. However, the room cleanliness was fairly basic and could be improved. The staff were polite but didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming. The property itself feels quite dated and would benefit from modernisation, as it seems to have remained largely unchanged for many years. It’s also worth noting that the venue hosts...

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Also guest seemed to taking food and not eating it - wasting, and some did not care about leaving the place tidy - absolutely clueless people ”

“Room seemed ok, apart from the fact of being at 4th floor without lift... till I opened the window. Window was opening 4 cms only. Inner curtain , in the room, was full of dead moths and bugs, DISGUSTING. Basil was CRACKED and all ceiling corners full of soiders nets. DISGUSTING. Bed very old.”
