The floor I was on smelled of curry or some other type International street food market from guest/residence cooking on the kitchen stove. “I cannot believe that I had to pay to stay in this hotel. It was filthy. The door was taken off the bathroom cabinet but the soap dish was RIPPED out of the shower. I had to clean the bottom of the bathtub so that I could take a shower. In the kitchen, that didn't even have a plastic cup, the bottom of the cabinets were dirty and a slat was hanging off. Breakfast was a joke. I realize that it was a "grab and go" but some granola bars, A nasty muffin and some oatmeal packets are not a...

“I can think of nothing to dislike about this extraordinary property. Beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens offering beautiful vistas and pathways. The main lodge and rooms are so beautifully decorated and the atrium and dining room are spectacular as is the food. Enjoyed sitting at the bar with a nice glass of wine and chatting with the knowledgeable, nice, young bartender. Staff is friendly and helpful all leading the visitor to a special experience.”

“Clean, decent hotel. Wanted to charge us for an early check-in, which seemed excessive considering that they weren’t full, but in the end we got in an hour early and it was a good stay. Pool area needs improvement, my son’s feet got caught on exposed metal bolts and cut up his feet. Clean rooms.”

“Front desk staff was unfriendly. The "hot" breakfast was a joke. Hotel decided to change out smoke detectors while we were gone from the room (we asked that this NOT happen, but front desk replied "do you want to check out now". We will never stay here again.”

“Clean and quiet large room. Great evening reception with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING with made to order omelettes. This is our go-to hotel in the area! The lobby and elevator needed a floor mopping, but otherwise, a fantastic stay overall!”
