“It was beautiful however there was no kitchen. Just a hotplate and a sink. The only shower is outdoors and the bathroom is pretty far from the tents. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to others!”

“My stay was not a pleasant experience. Firstly, this property is on a corner of a town square in Rio Piedras and not within San Juan proper. The neighborhood felt unsafe, empty, like a wasteland- particularly at night. While the front door does require buzz-in access into a small lobby area, the overall property felt unsecured as the back door entry was left unlocked from the rear parking area and opened to a darkened hallway and small courtyard. “Jessica and Ruben are wonderful hosts! The cottage homes were super clean! If you want tranquility, you want to hear nature and truly relax, then this is a perfect spot. The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. ”

“Pool area still had stuff from previous renters and it was not running the filter so we weren’t able to access the pool but other than that that this was a pretty good place very comfortable and spacious there was complimentary soap towels the manager was very responsive we arrived after check out time and it was a smooth entrance because all information was provided prior to arrival and even after he was very responsive as well”
