“Parking was wonderful but breakfast changed from 09.00 to 11.00 must be reversed back to 09.00. A lot of people are not happy with this changes. Nobody wants to be hanging about due to work starting 09.00 away from the the hotel. 11.00 does not make any sense. I love this Royal Alfred and it's the best in the area. Thank you Emilia.”

“Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future ”

“The room/apartment was basically a bedsit in a HMO in an unsafe, dangerous area of the city. Immediately above a dodgy takeaway. Mouldy shower, kids stickers all over the furniture, outdated and not remotely like the pictures. The photos in the listing are not for this property which should be made explicitly clear. The door for the bedsit had a 1inch gap underneath and we did not feel safe leaving our valuables in there whilst we went out. All sorts of unsavoury people hanging around the ...
