“The Rosemount Inn is located in a beautiful area of Kingston with many restaurants close by. The waterfront is also within a short walk. It is not far from the main highway and is easy to find. The included breakfast was very good. ”

“We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. ”

L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

“Clean and only a block away from the waterfront and a number of restaurants. But only 2 small elevators made for some waiting at times.”

“The property is in a great location right at the waterfront. The room was lovely and clean. Madeleine checked us in and was really helpful, we were given an upgrade to a bigger room with a better view. Madeleine also checked us out and organised a taxi for us to get to the train station, super helpful.”

“Staff was great. Check in was slow, and right at 4pm. I get it, it’s listed as a 4pm check in time, but as far as check in times go, it’s a little late in the day, especially when you’re waiting 40 min in line check in. Not the staffs fault, they tried, it’s the managements problem for not staffing up on a long weekend. It’s a hotel you go to for sleep, not to hang out in. Right in the strip, so that was super convenient. Bonus- the downstairs shop had children’s tylonol which I had to get...
