“Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

“The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. ”

“Los Altos is nice. However, for the price, I think you get better service at other nearby properties. The staff seemed young and not very accommodating. We have two kids with celiac. We had seen some reviews that they did a great job with other families. We did not have that experience. The beach is very rocky there so essentially not swimmable. You have to take a car down to the beach. It's very inconvenient. The pool is mediocre. I would not stay here again. ”

“Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...
