“Beautiful hotel with no expense spared on recent fit out with great furnishings. Very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff who's attention to detail is fantastic. I mentioned at lunch that I was Coeliac and laster when we checked in to our room gluten free biscuits were placed on the tea tray. A small detail but I have never experianced this before in an hotel. The food in the restaurant is also first class. Unfortunately we were unable to return on Sunday for lunch as it was fully booked!”

“Can not fault any aspect of two nights spent in the Burley Inn, nothing was too much trouble from all the staff we came into. Lorraine and Steve were particularly helpful, friendly and very polite.
One very small negative point there was not a USB charging point in the room but a this was overcome by the staff providing a plug with a USB attachment.
Would stay in the Burley Inn again without any hestitation if and when I am in the Area.

“The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

“My partner and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Rhinefield House for his birthday. The staff were all excellent - a special mention to Deborah at breakfast and afternoon tea, whose warmth and personality really stood out - but everyone we encountered was lovely.
They also made a thoughtful effort to acknowledge my partner’s birthday, which we hadn’t expected and really appreciated.
