“I was very surprised that when we showed up early at 10 am that morning they wamted to charge us a $45 early check in fee. That had never happened to me before at any hotel - EVER. So we did not check in early. We left and came back after 3 pm. ”

“The staff at Wyndham Boca Raton was friendly, which I appreciated, but the property itself was very disappointing. The hotel feels outdated and badly in need of a full renovation. The room had a damp, moldy smell, and several appliances did not work properly. The carpet had stains, the room did not feel clean, and the bathroom was even more dated than the rest of the space. Overall, the entire property feels run down and in need of a complete overhaul. Friendly staff can only do so much when...

“What is advertised for the room is not what you’re getting, photos on property site also show full size stove and fridge but your getting a two burner top. Beds state they’re king but definitely a queen size. Rooms were overall run down, had to move rooms due to filth and a broken toilet seat. Second room wasn’t much better but it was functional, front desk staff was awful and rude except for Tonya who really did her best to help once the first gal stepped aside. ”

Everything about the property was great, but fist in my book is the fact that they actually had a real live (very friendly and helpful) PERSON who greeted us when we checked in!! I absolutely will stay here again and would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for location across the street from a beautiful beach!! 5 stars!”

“Very clean property and walking distance to the beach is just a couple hundred yards. My only knock was in Room #1, a little of light comes through the window all night, right over the head of the bed. Miguel who tends the property was very friendly.”
