“Mutrah central location is great for the touristic activities. For the remote Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the reception was helpful in arranging a taxi. As the other review wrote, basement bar noise continued around 4 a.m. though I was on the 4th floor and the noise might have been bearable somehow. The reception seemed not familiar to the Expedia pre-payment arrangement. So, you may be better to have your Expedia booking confirmation handy. Hot shower needed more than 5 minutes to come out. “l'albergo si presenta carino, il personale gentile, arriviamo, ci assegnano la camera, posiamo tutto, usciamo, Al Ritorno apriamo la porta e proprio nel centro della coperta bianca c'era uno scarafaggio ed un altro ne abbiamo trovato nel bagno sull'asciugamano. il giorno dopo, dopo aver parlato con il personale, ci hanno cambiato la stanza, non abbiamo più visto scarafaggi, ma per non farli uscire, tenevamo la luce accesa tutta la notte.
