“We stayed at this location because of the wineries nearby. Both the hotel website and the Debonne winery website advertised free shuttles to and from the winery. The website was clear that the shuttles were daily and complimentary. When we got there we were told first that there weren’t shuttles, and later that there was one going at 4:30, for $39 a person!!! “Our reservation was over July 4th weekend. Apparently, they overbooked their king rooms, so we were notified one day before we arrived that they changed our room. When we arrived there wasn't a manager on-site to speak with, the woman at the desk did not have any answers for us, which I get it, it was not her fault. “Proximity of certain rooms to view Lake Erie”

“Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”

“They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms.”

“Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!”
