“Location is close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Garden. The staff is nice. But breakfast is mediocre. Your better option is McDonald down the street.”

“Breakfast was fine. Vending machine didn’t have water, guys behind the counter said they could charge me $2. Fine. Then said cash only and I didn’t have cash at the time. So wouldn’t give us the water.”

“Overall, it was a place to sleep. The facilities were old and covered in bad patch jobs. The bathrooms had mold stains. The carpets were just as bad. But the staff was nice and the rate was cheap. Not the worst place I've stayed in.”

“There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly...

“check in was easy, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, liked having the body lotion, & shampoo & conditioner as complimentary - super helpful - although the bathroom linens were not the cleanest ever - they need to be bleached or new as they were a bit worn out.”

“My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey...

“Not sure why we have to pay for parking when it’s not downtown or a garage but overall great stay. Very helpful staff !”
