“Do not book this Motel 6 in Las Cruces. When I arrived, the front desk employee was in a heated argument with another customer who had also booked through Expedia. He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. “Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place.”
