“Room conditions were perfect and the location in Historic Railroad Square is ideal. Walking distance from so many shops, restaurants, entertainment and coffee. The staff are incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. LOVE the room, it's comfort and the old style appointments. Will definitely stay here again!”

“It's an average place to stay. It's located in aa good area. Park across the street. Luther Burbank Home and Garden across the street the other way. Around the block is the art district and a coffee house. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast sucks so don't even bother. There is a cafe across the street. The rooms are the bare minimum. The staff is very friendly. It's a funky place to stay with a nice garden court if you are tired of corporate motels. ”

“My stay went well. The room was clean and comfortable. A plus is The Bistro food items are reasonably priced. Great customer service by the staff especially Alma at the front desk. Thank you. ”

“This is an awesome place to stay! I booked a bigger room because I am limping. The room did not disappoint me.! A lot of space to walk around, bed ( king size) is clean and comfortable! 2 choices of pillow- soft and firm. Bathroom is very spacious- complete in amenities. Breakfast is a blast! Lots of choices from omelets, pancake, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and loaf bread. Staff is very helpful and pleasant! Special shoutout to Cassandra- front desk staff- she is very delightful to talk...

“Laundry room is locked and broken with no intention of repairing it. Pet parents BEWARE there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Staff didn't empty the trash cans all day Sunday so trash was overflowing and on the ground.”

“ask for dishes and pot set and you are good to go for cooking. brteakfast is coffee and hot water for tea and a packaged muffin, coffee was fine for me. full size fridge and freezer. staff are excellent when needed : )”

“Fantastic breakfast and wonderful ambience. Exactly what I wanted out of a B&B. Larry and Pam were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The building was very charming and full of Victorian style. Definitely looking forward to going back.”
