“Double charged me and expedia refuses to refund me. Hotel is scheisty and tried to make me pay cash although i already paid through expedia. They said i would have to cancel through expedia because they couldnt process their payments at the time. Now the hotel wont respond to expedia to tell them that i paid again. Over $86”

“Stayed two nughts. Room was spacious and clean. I liked the bathroom- was clean and modern. Breakfast was good, the usual you get at most hotels. Staff was friendly and parking plentiful. We would stay here again.”

“I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. ”

“Pleasant experience. Staff very helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean & shower head was tall enough. breakfast was what is expected. A better IHG experience than many other IHG facilities.”

“What's told breakfast was from 6 to 9am at check in.. we had to leave by 6:15.... breakfast was not ready and was told breakfast didn't start till 6:30”

“Fine stay when in Roanoke. Hotel is easily accessible from the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is standard, but room is spacious and has anything you would need for a short stay. Parking is also easy and plentiful. ”

“Parking was easy. The rooms were fantastic. They are beautiful. Everything was clean. The only thing that was a little unfortunate was the bar closed really early and they also were out of pretty much everything to make on their menu. So it would have been nice to get a drink and enjoy there. But I guess I don't do much business which is unfortunate. Overall though, it's a great property to stay at”
