“We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. “I got a great welcome from the Lady at Reception and check in was easy. The room had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. It was very clean and the room service every day was welcome. “Hi there, the overall stay was just okay. We did not get the room we booked, we waited ages to see reception when checking in, though the front of house was nice. The breakfast buffet was alright however the restaurant manager from Friday and Saturday gave us weird looks and was not hospitable. On Sunday it was different staff for breakfast , they were talking loudly amongst each other where we would have preferred less noise.
