“The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!”

I stayed in the Hargrave House Suite which is located in the original part of the house. What a charming place to stay! The innkeeper was so accommodating and made sure that I had a wonderful stay.”

“The location is definitely a major plus. It is hard to beat the fact that you get up in the morning, open your window to the balcony and look out on the Delaware River. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everybody was keen to make our stay enjoyable. The food in the Rooftop restaurant was also excellent, as was breakfast. All in all, my wife and I highly recommend Odette’s for your stay if you consider this property.”

“Design of backroom sink area was most efficient I've ever seen in a hotel! The sink faucet material wasn't great - it showed every water spot.”

“It was perfect for one night while we were moving from one home into another. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and parking is great. We also loved the convenience of walking to the restaurant and having drinks. Definitely a dated hotel, but worth the cost and was perfect for our needs.”
