I commenti sono sempre soggettivi... Non fidatevi... La struttura e' pulita comoda molto confortevole!!!! E ha tutto... Bar ristor pub!!! Certo se cercate un 28 stelle, non fa al caso vostro! A noi super bene TUTTE LE COMODITÀ CERANO!!!

Albergo molto bello pulito e con colazione ottima. Piscina al diciannovesimo piano spettacolare

This is a very impressive hotel architecturally, yet it is currently used as mid-range, all inclusive club hotel for Russian tourists, so the maintenance (adults pool with many missing tiles), service, and polish (too lound music around the adult pool and beach) expected from an international 5-star hotel are missing. For the rates it charges on Expedia and other international OTAs, there are better and more luxurious options in Abu Dhabi. However, some staff members were exceptional: Myo in the Terra Mare restaurant and Bhupanit, the housekeeper on the 2nd floor, were exceptionally service-oriented, while Kamilla at check-in was very professional and kind. Lovely for a family all-inclusive holiday, not a luxury resort at the moment.

Abbiamo fatto l’upgrade alla suite e ne è valsa la pena. Eravamo al 58 piano con una vista molto bella. La suite spaziosa arredata con gusto e funzionale. Colazione Top e personale attento.

I REALLY LIKED THE ROOMS, THE BREAKFAST, THE POSITION AND THE KINDNESS OF THE STAFF. I REALLY DIDN'T LIKE THE 27TH FLOOR WITHOUT DIVISION SMOKING FROM NON-SMOKING. NOT BEING ABLE TO ENJOY THE SPLENDID PANORAMA AND RELAX WITHOUT SUFFERING PASSIVE SMOKE LEFT ME ASTONISHED. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE WHOLE GYM, SPA AND POOL AREA IS LOCATED ON THE 27TH FLOOR AND FEELING AND SUFFERING THE SMOKE SEEMS OUT OF PLACE IN A HOTEL SO CAREFUL OF EVERYONE.
