“The property was clean, location very convenient. I love the coffee available during the day in the lobby. The only critique would be that the staff couldn’t keep up with the hot breakfast items. They took too long to refill the items.”

“The property is lovely and quaint. I love the spacious room with the four-poster bed. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is centrally located close to the beach and restaurants. Everything was walkable. I would highly recommend.”

“I found what looked like a crumb of food on the toilet seat and paper in the toilet. Other than that, the to room was clean. Decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Amazing nice staff! We had a view of the hill..no frill, but it was no biggie.”

“Unfortunately the hotel, despite it's great amenities, have triple charged my credit card after we checked out. I was never able to contact anyone from the hotel to get this straighten out. My messages went completely unanswered and my credit card was maxed out because of these extra charges. Horrible experience with the fraudulent charges and zero customer service or follow up.”

“Newly remodeled rooms (May 2026) are absolutely beautiful and well done — no complaints there. And, the location is possibly 10/10 — close to beach and to the Design District. During my stay, however, the common areas were under construction and made the stay uncomfortable and disorienting, as there was no warning in advance when i reserved the room. So… great place but a wait and see when all is done.”

“The reems are clean, comfortable beds, the pool and spa are heated, amazing. Decent breakfast buffet with a little charge. We had a housekeeper come in every day for 4 days we were there to make beds, take out trash and bring us clean towels!!”
