Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay.
