Hotel vicino a Rantoul Public Library - Rantoul

“Parking felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway carpeting on the way to our room was quite stained in a few places which made me nervous about the potential condition of our room. My fears were unfounded as the room, while dated, was very clean. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were on a tight schedule and couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast. ”

“They had bugs , towels was dirty , and the shower curtain was dirty as well ! ”

“A nice, clean hotel with adequate room amenities. The hotel lobby and hallway was well lit. My room was clean and its aesthetics were nice. The bathroom was clean. The shower functioned well. My bed mattress was soft and the bed was a bit squeaky. The windows didn't have the shear drapes but just the main curtains. The TV, fridge, and the microwave worked fine. The continental breakfast was okay. They had three types of cereal, bagels, and sandwich bread, milk, two juices, apples, and coffee....

“You could smell cigarette smoke in the room the bed was worn down and the remote didn’t work despite getting it switched ”

“Room was clean and staff very accommodating for fresh towels or anything we needed. The only downfall we had was no automatic doors for access at the entrance to hotel in a wheelchair. Made it a little diffucult. ”

“Clean room with comfortable bed. Plenty of desk space. Heater worked well. I booked the suite which could of used a coffee maker but had a full size refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. No breakfast but wasn't really expected for the price”

“Property was shady on the outside. Walls are paper thin. Old looking furniture. Mold in bathroom. Needed a good update. ”

“The front counter person did not welcome us. He just asked for our last name. I gave him my credentials and he gave me keys to the room and then said the elevator was out. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended the Drury and we stayed there. ”
