“Staff was very friendly rooms were smelly there were Cobb webs in all breeze ways and dirt and debris. Had to buy air fresheners for room; also the mattress was not sturdy. When you say it dinked in. There was nothing hot served on continental breakfast everything was frozen and had to be nuked.”

She was attentive, friendly and ever so helpful insuring our stay was as wonderful as we imagined. The spa professionals were skilled and committed to hospitality and excellence. Kaily and Carigan were absolutely outstanding technicians. I HIGHLY recommend the head spa, peptide facial and hydrating body wrap. These will change your life!!! Our bungalow was just across from the chapel....

“Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority. The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!? The rugs and...
