“I made the reservation for my husband through Expedia. When I was doing it, I choose my husband name, but for some reason confirmation came under my name, may be because Expedia membership is under my name. We have the same last name and credit card which we used under my husband name. He came to hotel and front desk guy by the name Sunny did not let him check in. “It was a great stay for me & my wife see you agin home away from home ”

“Staff was friendly, it was clean. ”

“Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats.”

“Check in staff member was amazing! Very welcoming. Only downer was at checkout staff member was having a FaceTime conversation while checking me out. Small thing but I did not have her attention so it felt odd.”

“Pulled up at night to park, one of the room windows was busted. There were no lights in the parking lot. Room floor is not carpet, floor wasn’t swept all the way clean. Breakfast was not to my standard, they offered a continental breakfast. If you need a place to get a quickie nap or whatever other reason maybe stay there.”

“It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations.”
