“Planned a staying for 5 days, did not have any hot water for duration of stay manager called maintenance. He informed us that we have to run the hot water for 30-45 minutes before it will get hot. Beds are hard and second floor ameels like sewage. Front desk said that it was probably the ice machine again. ”

“Fine facility, good location and in good condition, hard working staff, enjoyable stay. Recommend non-slip shower pad-rugs be made available for those who might need them. Thank you. ”

“Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc..”

“Great price, but it seemed the most attention was to the beds. Kitchenette area needed a major update (rust on units). Very dim lighting and an incredibly small TV made it basically pointless to watch from the bed across the room. Friendly staff, but I don’t think I will stay here again. ”

“Parking wasn’t a challenge, even with a bus in the parking lot. Check in and check out was smooth. The breakfast had about what you’d expect for a La Quinta - not great, not bad. The condition of the room was honestly probably the worst I’ve seen of the many La Quintas I’ve stayed at. The shower walls had cracks, edges needed caulking and there was visible mildew. The furniture had a lot of damage and stains. The bedding had a yellow stain on top. The main door to the room clearly didn’t fit the...

“The fires in courtyard create a lot of smoke in the room. Very uncomfortable! Also the showerhead in #113 is very uncomfortable. Likes pins sticking you. Needs adjustment. ”

“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”
