“We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. “My stay at the Red Roof Inn was overall great. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the early check-in policy. I called a day before arriving and was told by one employee that there would be no fee for early check-in, but when I arrived, another worker charged me for it. That was disappointing because I was given different information beforehand. Aside from that misunderstanding, my stay was pleasant.”
