“Hotel elevator was broken and had been broken but we received no notice. They also had no rooms remaining on the first floor. I'm currently injured and couldn't comfortably climb the stairs several times over the weekend. Front desk offered no accommodations. ”

“I’m honestly surprised this hotel has good reviews, the lobby was completely torn apart, our room was dirty, hair on sinks, boogers on the shower curtain, crumbs in sink. It’s very old and outdated and very worn and rundown. ”

“Scott made a fantastic first impression during check-in he was welcoming, friendly, and set a great tone for our stay. The property itself is nice and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room did not quite live up to expectations. It felt outdated, and its location on the first floor right next to the sky bridge made for a less-than-relaxing experience. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by guests talking loudly, walking heavily, and repeatedly opening and slamming the sky...

“There is not a casino in the hotel. The room was extremely clean and I loved the hotel we'll kept and quiet. Breakfast was good and the pool was well used by families staying there.”
