“I had a late evening checkin. Upon arrival the doors were locked and no one was at the window because staff was “working out” I was then told there was no internet to check my reservation. And asked if I could provide My Personal Hotspot to give him access to the internet. Even after all that, I was given a room that smelled of smoke (requested non smoking), the shower head leaked all night, the smoke detector was broke off the wall & stains on the “white” sheets and towels”

The television didn’t work; employees told the manager to call the provider to have it fixed but the manager refused to call DishTV to fix it. There was dried blood on the sheets and soaked through to the mattress pad.
