“The rooms were very clean and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast area that had staff there during the morning hours. They kept it cleaned and stocked well.”

“Decent place for an overnight stay. Plenty of options to walk to for dinner. ”

“We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites.. We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot. Breakfast was okay. ”

“Place was filthy”

“Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. ”

“Room was good, breakfast was minimal. Not a typical hotel breakfast. No eggs, meat. Cereal, pancakes and muffins. Okay, just not what we typically receive. ”

“There is no cooking in rooms. You must either eat out or use the community microwave in the office. ”

“Rooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke. We had ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was falling down. I Askes to be moved to another room which they did without hesitation. But that room was also smelles of stale smoke and also was much cleaner. Will not be staying here on my next visit to Chattanooga”

“Bathroom Exhaust doesn’t work separately. Breakfast could be better. Location was good and safe. ”

“The outlets on the bedside tables did not work. Had to charge my phone using the bathroom outlet. ”

“Elevator tried to trap us in TWICE! I started to not get back on after the first scare but with a stroller & 9 month old, it was pretty much impossible to avoid. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Smudges on all dark surfaces.There was hair on the shower ceiling, tiny black hairs all on the king sheets. Pillows were nearly flat as pancakes. The bed/couch my daughter was supposed to sleep on was dirty and stained up pretty bad. There were only 3 towels in the room when we arrived, had to go ask for...

“Only powder creamer no half & half or coffee mate no microwave or chilled water”

“You can tell the property owner and workers really want what’s best for this property. Very small amenities but nothing inherently wrong. ”
