“It was ok in general - nothing outstanding or unacceptable. However, there were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. 1. Steps leading to the west parking area are dangerously uneven, particularly the bottom step. The stairs have sunk relative to the parking lot curb. 2. The elevator door is noisy (needs fixing) and at times did not open when called to the second floor even though the elevator had come to that floor. Had to push the call button again. Finally, there is no elevator...

“Room was small. Blanket and comforter too heavy for the season. Queen bed felt undersized. Slate floor as you entered room was broken and cracked. Birch veneer on the TV cabinet/closet was peeling and cracked. Check in staff was great. ”
