“I chose this hotel because the description includes electric car charging. But they only have plugs on light poles, not charging stations. I'm in a rental car and don't have a cord, so this left me in a real bind. The woman at check-in said there weren't any charging stations around, but at checkout the guy said there's one right next door. It was frustrating. ”

“We stayed here exactly one year ago for our child's admitted student day at UVM and are glad we came back. The renovations they were undergoing at that time resulted in a very comfortable Lobby and restaurant/ bar area. The bartender who served us on Friday night was incredibly friendly and helpful. The valet/parking service was very convenient and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the location in town was super convenient.”

“The Hotel was in a convienient location. Just a few minutes to walk to to shops and restaurants. We were quite dissapointed when we found out just a few days before our stay that the hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub and bar were not open. We had to wake up to hammers and banging in the morning. This is something that we should have been notified about up front. They had plastic hanging around the entrance to keep the cold air out of the lobby, and when we went walked out a...

“I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years for work, visiting my kids at college and other personal trips. Always a great experience. I love the indoor common areas, like Atrium restaurant, bar, and the TV area in the lobby. We had an especially positive breakfast experience. ”

“The man who checked us in did not seem happy to see us. Usually, staff are welcoming and friendly. Not this guy. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a beautiful view of the lake. For the best view, you need to be higher than the second floor. There were no creamers for the coffee at the pantry. I checked 3 different floors and notified the front desk. It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but when you are in a hurry and need to drive a long distance, it's a problem.”

“Place was new and everything was nice. Lobby, breakfast area and room was clean. Breakfast was good with the usual variety for a free hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Only two consecutive comments: 1- the three wheeled luggage carts were a pain to use and didn’t hold enough luggage, and 2- for being in Vermont, the maple syrup at breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was cheap and basically tinted corn syrup. ”
