“Whilst this property has an ideal location much needs to be improved in the apartment itself. It was not the same furniture and apartment that was picture for the one bedroom partial sea view that we booked. The furniture is very basis and needs to be replaced. The apartment also needs some maintenance done and also a deep clean of most surfaces. The exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work and was full of dirt and dust. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain. We were very disappointed given the priced...

“Amazing ladies at the front desk -- so super kind and nice...and really helpful and warm. Didn't get the nicest reply from the back house associate (a male who was a bit curt) when I wrote to enquire about the property so was a bit worried. But the ladies upon check in and check out were amazing! And the property is lovely in a great location right on the beach. Our room still had a view of the ocean from the balcony despite being on the north side! A great stay - thank you!!”

“I couldn’t rate Hotel Kingsley highly enough! From the moment we arrived at 9:30 am, we were hoping just to leave our luggage until we were able to check in but the amazing staff checked us in and gave us a room straight away. They also gave us ideas of how we could fill in our day. Our room was lovely, the staff were amazing and Breakfast was delicious. ”

“+ Helpful friendly staff, tv broke the receptionist fixed it in 3 mins, very comfy beds in an ample sized room, breakfast was continental or Full English so enough choices. - Sadly we had zero view of anything we were on floor 1 right next to the lifts, a bare dirty patio that’s not been swept for a good while! The whole hotel needs brightening up, very dark wood interiors etc but it’s biggest drawback is that it’s a long way from any bars, restaurants of Brisbane so no nightlife to speak of....
