Hotel vicino a Redgate Winery - Independence

“Absolutely beautiful hotel with all the amenities! The room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and it even had a balcony with a view of the cute town! Would definitely stay again! ”

“The staff is very friendly and so nice. Also very helpful. We had trouble with the toilet flush at first. The staff proposed their last available room but it was in a very bad state (wallpaper peeling, strong smell of cigarette smoke) so we decided to stay in the other room and sorted out the problem. The room was very clean and the inn is conveniently situated next to a few fast food accomodations.”

“The staff at this location is exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. The people who work during the day are just awesome. Front desk is so friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The location is good. Front desk have great recommendations. The king suite is spacious.”

“Housekeeping was completely unprofessional. There is no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Staff said this was due to the fact that too many of them had been stolen by previous guests.”

“I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately...

“Basin did not work. Carpet was all wet. No quilt given. Tv was broken. Lighting insufficient. ”

“They're not transparent about charging for breakfast. A very small, unnoticeable sign when it looks like a continental breakfast and I don't approach you until after you've taken food to tell you that it's $15 per person, they also promote that they have a restaurant and bar inside the facility. But they do not, it is a common area that has a bar counter that is not open.”
