Hotel vicino a Reeder Beach - Portland

“The hotel felt clean, and I woke up with ants in my sheets, on the nightstand and in my shoes on the floor. When I let reception know, they said they would “tell someone” and kind of laughed while smiling at me. They then asked me if I was checking out. I was left feeling like it wasn’t a new report. It was a Saturday check out and the manager had the day off. I will choose other accommodations next time. They were surprisingly hard to photograph.”

“Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys. Didn’t know about that as I wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. Noisy as there is a bar just facing only yards away and they drink outside. Allows pets so a dog was barking most of the night. “Soon as we got to the room and used the bathroom, the toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. Went down to the front desk and asked them to send maintenance up. They said they dont have anyone and gave us a plunger with the promise that we'd bring it right back. There's also no daily maid service. Which sucks if you eat in your room and have garbage or food scraps. Pool was closed but hot tub was nice. Room was good but too hot. 78 when we got there. Set ac to 65 and it took until the next...
