“This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in in a long time. Check in was easy. the desk clerk was friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and she was amazing and gave me a tooth brush, mini tooth paste and mouthwash that was complimentary. We missed the hot cookies that they make in the evening. “Here again while visiting Grandkids and Spokane area. Great location, convenient to restaurants and freeway. Rooms very comfortable. Only issue was lack of lifeguard at pool during morning/early afternoon hours on a Saturday with lots of Soccer families. Too much unsupervised horseplay. Once the lifeguard arrived at 4pm and turned on the slide, behavior was improved.”

“Potential extra cost for early checkin, I don’t like that because when we travel on road trips our departure times are like 4–5-am so searching for hotel is between 12–1-pm; as a result, with early check in added cost we will not reserve or stay even if we must drive up to 12-hours to find a no early checkin fee applies hotel”

“The person on duty at check in on 08/07 at circa 9pm was super helpful and efficient. We were only staying as a result of late arrival in Spokane due to flight delays. I forget his full name, it was something first name and last name Marchand but he made the process a good experience for a tired couple. Otherwise, it's a Hilton Garden inn and I always know what to expect. Having one at the Spokane airport made the choice of Hilton a no brainer. Thanks P.s. my wife was highly complimentary of...
