Hotel vicino a Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center - Chattanooga

“We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered.”

“Such potential…BUT!! Room was dirty. Dust on ceiling. Stains on chair. Dirt on bottom of bed frames. Locks do not feel secure. Freezer on fridge had no door. Fridge did not cool anything. Perfect location to be close to so many attractions. Please put some effort into this place so that it does not have to feel like an overpriced waste of time. All travelers need is to feel clean, safe and comfortable. Photos make the place look amazing but in person the difference is astonishing.”

“When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.”

“Bed was comfortable and shower products were good. The location is good if you're road tripping through the area as I was. It's a Super 8 and you get what you pay for. Nothing impressive and definitely not somewhere I would normally stay or stay for an extended period.”

“Pictures looked nothing like establishment. Breakfast was a small shelf. We ended up not staying after two rooms that were “non-smoking” smelled of pot and cigarettes. Would not recommend.”

“The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not...
