“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Great staff, very helpful. Especially Reuben in maintenance. I'm referring to the Reuben that is not the engineer, didn't interact with him. Also the front desk staff was competent and helpful as well. Check in and Check out were quick and efficient, The free breakfast was weak, although the breakfast attendant was excellent. Terrible sausage - only protein offered. No English muffins and only everything bagels. Yuk. Finally, I stayed three nights and no one from housekeeping entered my room....

“Bad area, people living in the “hotel rooms” also standing outside and smoking. I felt unsafe to leave my car all the way around the hotel due to no parking because you have live in families there. Room was dirty and no remote for room, which I asked staff and never came.”

“When we arrived at the Glen Tavern Inn, they were set up for a pretty decent sized wedding. Honestly, had I known, I would not even have booked this place. It was actually a large wedding (over a hundred people, easily) and the lot of them were staying at the hotel. “The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed this several things. She shower was almost impossible to turn on. I discovered why after several attempts. It was leaking from the shower head. Instead of replacing it it was turned so much I couldn't get it turned on. Took about 10 minutes between my husband and I to get it turned on. Then it dripped all night. It definitely was not an 8.4 rating. Lighting was extremely poor. The sliding door handle was broken along with the screen. It served...
