“Property is new and some construction is ongoing. No receptionist or staff after hours. We did not realize that and arrived at the property at night. Got to sleep in our rental car. Reason given by staff that there was a lack of communication was when I reserved through Expedia my cell phone was not provided to them. Nice place. Units are individual tiny houses adjacent to the spa. Clean and maintained. Another negative is that they play elevator music on the property throughout the day and you...

We notified the front desk upon arrival and they took our room number and we never heard from anyone, We made them aware when we checked out and were told it was fine, Go check the room and follow up!! We planned to stay at this location again, but this is a deal breaker.”
