“My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly. ”

“The room was clean and everything worked. It was a bare bones room. Shower, bed, towels and first morning coffee. No frills, but the price of the room made up for any shortfalls. There were many places to eat within walking distance and because they had kitchenettes, you could buy food at a grocery store and microwave food. If you want to do that, bring your own cutlery and plates.”

“For some reason after 34 hours, I have not received my deposit back. It was when I checked out that I normally got my deposit back instantly. I mean I didn't even make back to the parking lot to my back fast enough. My deposit would hit my account instantly. I also notice on this stay there were extra charges on my card. $55 here another $65 and another $55 all around 3&4 am. I what's taking my deposit so long all of a sudden?”

“We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...

La pulizia e terribile, non tanto quando entri nell hotel, quanto per il fatto che se anche ci rimani piu di una settimana, lenzuola e asciugamani ppuliti te li sogni. I dipendenti non sono, salvo eccezioni, assolutamente interessati al benessere del cliente anche quando si tratta di richieste modestissime.
