“Very nice staff and nice hotel!”

“Staff members were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel is older and needs renovation; especially the bathroom in our room. The shower did not work properly, there was rust and mold around the tub. I was staying in the hotel for a next morning procedure at the local hospital. I stay in the area often and this was the first time I had stayed at this property. Unfortunately it will be my last time staying here.”

“All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and kind. They have done a good job maintaining the hotel but it is really showing its age and could use some updates. The seals on all the windows were broken so the windows in the rooms were all fogged over. The tub in my room backed up and would not drain. They were nice enough to change my room since the problem couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner. The water pressure on the showers was too low. There was a couch in my room that had some stains...

“Location is great close to restaurants & shopping mall. Place could use some renovation & breakfast area could be better with more sitting area. Otherwise for a one night sleep, it serves the purpose.”

“Just what we needed in Gastonia for a quick stay. Front Desk and Housekeeping staff very polite. We never had breakfast or used any amenities but other guests seemed to enjoy it.”

“The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!”

“I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was.
