“Would’ve liked to have the breakfast included not having to pay for it as an additional cost.”

“Breakfast was ok, parking was fine. This hotel needs a major upgrade. Stains in the tub, hair dryer had dust and dirt on on it, also the room smelled stuffy.”

“Never checked in. Was told pool was unavailable. One of the reasons for choosing this property was they had a pool. Clerk said our card would not be charged. IT WAS CHARGED. STILL WAITING ON REFUND!!”

“The room was pretty clean, there was a sticky spot on the floor near the wall but that was only thing. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking can be a little tight.”

“Don’t pay for the breakfast during reservation. They will still charge you!”

“I stay at Tru everytime I’m in town. It’s clean safe and the staff is very friendly.”

“The male desk clerk has the worst attitude. The towels are nasty dingy. The sheets are also dingy and stained. The comforter was the same with white spots on it. Luckily, I travel with linen; sheets and towels. The only saving grace was there were no bugs!”

“The room itself was fairly clean. Beds were made and bathroom was stocked. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best area and it didn’t smell amazing in the hallways but the inside of the room was fine. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but for a single night it was fine. All in all I got what I paid for but it wasn’t amazing.”

“Room did well for its purpose. It’s close to the airport and they had a room available for use when I had a last month trip to town.The woman from the front desk was so rude nasty and dismissive. She sent me to the furthest possible room available all the way in the back and the door was locked and room key didnt work when I called she was aware the keys for my door wouldn’t work because the battery needed to be charged from what she explained to me. “Great location very clean and nice smelling hotel and rooms were clean. All the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good with nice options. I recommend staying.”
