“People were noisy in the room above, breakfast wasn't great, and the sheets smelled a bit. ”

“The cleanliness, staff, and convenience were all great, but it was too noisy. If you’re looking for a quiet place, I’d recommend choosing somewhere else. It was so loud all night that I couldn’t sleep.”

“Maid staff speaks VERY poor English. Some furniture was tattered. 2x ply toilet paper in bathrooms. For $300 a night, I would've expected better.”

“Hot tub was down 3 of 5 days we were there. Breakfast and staff was good. Front desk during day was grumpy did not wven look up hello or goodby. Tried callng 4 times during stay with no answer had to go down.5 day aray without housekeeping even when requested. Also had to hunt down Housekeeping for clean towels 3 times. Also pool area did not have towels consistently either ”

“The bed smelled awful, was in poor condition, the bathroom was filthy, there were stains everywhere, and the AC wasn't working properly. The door didn't close properly, so security is very poor. I rented it for two nights but didn't even stay there for 15 minutes—I had to find somewhere else to stay. ”

“Clean room, quiet . TV did not work, no shampoo .”

“Not very pet welcome. We were stuck on the fourth floor. Hard to get out. Room was clean but floors were very dirty. We used two swifter pads and the were black. Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. ”

“My reservation was cancelled at 11:54 pm although I called (the day before) and advised that I was checking in around 1am/2am. At that hour in the morning had to look for other arrangements and got one around 4am!!”
